By submitting material to Sendacard.com, you agree that Sendacard.com can display, modify, transmit, distribute or delete your posting without needing prior or further consent from you. All submissions become the property of Sendacard.com Submissions may be removed by Sendacard.com at any time at our sole discretion. Authors who submit their works, material, artwork, graphics, ideas or content to us retain their copyrights, but grant Sendacard.com irrevocable world wide, royalty-free, non-exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute their submitted material in printed form or by any other medium either now known or hereinafter devised, and forego any payment or compensation for the submitted material. Contest Rules
No purchase is necessary. Participation is absolutely free. Employees of Sendacard.com (franchisees or employees) and their immediate families, are not eligible. You are automatically entered in the contest once you have submitted your form. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received and/or the number of votes that each entry receives. All federal, state, country and local laws apply. Void where prohibited by law. Payment of taxes imposed on the prizewinner will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. No warranties are implied or guaranteed with the prizes. All entries must be received by the specified contest deadline.
